I bought the replica chairs

I bought the replica chairs. They came without a manual on how to assemble them. My husband tried several times to assemble but the bracket don't fit. I sent numerous photos and emails to explain why I haven't been able to assemble but until now I haven't got help. They told me to adjust the brackets they are welded how can I adjust them? Now I'm sitting with chairs that are not assemble and I don't even know what to do them.
