I bought items on the 9th of August, and every day, I received messages in the morning saying my items were dispatched. Come afternoon, I will be told that it was taken back because they could not get hold of me. whereas I don't have missed calls from anyone or had anyone at my gate. I had to call them every day, and the same thing happened until they delivered on the 30th.
