I bought chairs and when they arrive, the assembling bolts were not complete, the hooks for joining the legs and seat were bent

I bought chairs and when they arrive, the assembling bolts were not complete, the hooks for joining the legs and seat were bent. Only 3 were straight but the other 5 were bent. I have an incomplete chair and 1 that I can't assemble due to the bended hooks. I'm not really impressed with the priduct. The aurfryer isn't what I expected, its a plastic with a power cable that doesn't fit in any adapter. All my previous orders were impressive but the last order is disappointing.
