I bought a foot and leg massager that came soon after I ordered

I bought a foot and leg massager that came soon after I ordered. It wasn't working so I sent a message and was picked up the same day by courier guy, this was 28 September, only today I recieve an email my order is ready to COLLECT from courier guy. I paid for delivery to my door, not my fault the item wasn't working and now I have to go and collect my parcel! 9 days excluding weekends to return the item. Not impressed. And now all I will hear is WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE
