I am very happy with the toothpaste dispenser as its no more spills in my basen however the vacuum cleaner im not to happy with

I am very happy with the toothpaste dispenser as its no more spills in my basen however the vacuum cleaner im not to happy with. I used it yesterday for the 1st time and now its making some weird sound and its decreasing the suction power.
