I am still waiting on my order 392005

When will Snatcher deliver my order??

On the 29th July I purchase a 'Nu home Ciara' light grey headboard and immediately received confirmation on the purchase with my order number 392005.

The following week I received an email with a tracking number for the order and when I contact PDP courier to track it appeared that they did not receive anything from Snatcher.

I then contacted Snatcher for follow up and they promised that they would dispatch the to PDP courier and I should expect my order in less than a week.

After 2 weeks I made a follow up again because I still had not been contacted, when I call PDP courier it appeared that they shipped my order tot he incorrect customer (frustrated and furious) because it had been 3 weeks now and I cannot make calls to Snatcher number provided.

08Aug, Nelisiwe Ginya ~ Customer Support Agent failed to give me feedback on this. 18 Aug, Alyssa Brijlal ~ Customer Support Agent said they were doing a follow up and will get back to me. 20 Aug, Alyssa Brijlal ~ Customer Support Agent sent an email that they apologise for the delay.

Today, 23 Aug I received an email to review about the headboard which I have not received yet!

This is utter disappointment and frustration, Its been over a month and still have not received my order.
