I am soooo disappointed 😞

I ordered a blender 24 July 2024 they didn't even bother to let me know what's delaying them to diliver my oder now when i try to call them on the number they've displayed it's not going through anytime you try to call it,i had to send them an email on ly a robot will respond telling you the same only apologizing saying you gonna receive your order within a week which is a lie tomorrow it's the 24th of August 2024 it already a month since i ordered my blender what's even worse today they not responding to my emails this after i said to them they can send any blender of a same value they ignored me please help i took my last money
