I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SNATCHER

I have always been happy with the orders that I have preciously made with Snatcher until now recently when I placed an order on the 3rd August 2024, until today 10th September 2024 I still have not received my order and I am not getting any communication from them.

I did email them sometime last month and they have rep**** saying that they are still trying to get some item. I made a follow up few days back and now I am not getting any response.

I AM STARTING TO WONDER WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH SNATCHER.
