I am feeling very frustrated as no one is getting back to me about an item that i returned as it was the incorrect product

I am feeling very frustrated as no one is getting back to me about an item that i returned as it was the incorrect product. This is very disappointing as I have never had a problem with Snatcher before. Can someone please contact me as we are no longer able to even call them. 😡
