I always buy online and would be happy when I receive my order but with my order from Snatcher am extremely angry I hate 50percent of the things I bought through them , their quality is 3/10 and they’re so arrogant when you trying to return them

I always buy online and would be happy when I receive my order but with my order from Snatcher am extremely angry I hate 50percent of the things I bought through them , their quality is 3/10 and they’re so arrogant when you trying to return them . They write a novel of emails on their terms and conditions. I hate that website and would never waste my money ever again with them . And worse they charge 15percent from your order when returning 😡
