How do we stop companies like this

I ordered from them 16th Oct and have been given some **** story from Tumelo Makoala about his inability to understand something and then my phone number is displaying as an error on their side. I’ve never ever dealt with a more inefficient bunch of people in my life.

His supposed manager Khai Sheik has still not contacted me and he’s even more Inefficient than his staff.

How do we stop companies like this?
