Hot water unit

Sometimes you get good to average service. I bought a hot water shower gadget. It was faulty, it was replaced by another model. Thus was faulty. Now they claim out of warranty. I don't think ther person had it for very long. All electrical products sold in SA are supposed to have an approved plug and 12 month guarantee Snatcher did not comply. European plug
