Horrible shopping experience

First time buying from them and never again. They will let you order things that are out of stock and only tell you days after you’ve placed your order that they are out of stock. And they still ask for your account number for a refund, instead of refunding to the card you paid with. And I am expecting a refund for 3 books, but they only confirmed a refund for two books, now I have to do a back and forth with them. Also, why the hell do they not have a contact centre??
