Horrible service-Snatcher

I bought 5 bar stools and they were delivered, however the chairs cannot be assembled and according to what we can see, they are missing an attachment plate to attach the arm rest and the back rest to the chair. There is no manual or video or anything to assist to attach. I have sent emails and Nabeela Abrahams responded and insisted that everything needed is in the packaging. I have five chairs i cannot use at a cost of close to R6k. That is horrible service at its best. As customer service, this should be able to be resolved, either come and pick up the chairs and refund me or send something or someone to put together the chairs.
