Horrible service, no communication and a hassle to get refund

I will never recommend snatcher to anyone. I really feel ****med. Purchased some of their products online. Waited for over 7 days without receiving the product then they started saying they didn't have the product in stock. I immediately requested for a refund, sent them the correct account details. They came back to claim its not going through they needed the proof of account. Did the same.. I still can't get my refund from 23 November 2022 , till 20th December 2022. It's almost a month.. They do not even respond to my emails anymore.. I feel so ******! They were not even communicating that they didn't have the products in stock until I pestered them.. Now the refund alone is a hassle. Stay far away from Snatcher. Biiigggg ******** these ones!
