Horrible service, I'm done

What a horrible service, they take forever to deliver, even when your delivery is delayed the don't communicate or update you. They don't communicate, they don't respond to your emails, they don't answer their telephone lately, because of some lame excuse saying they are very busy. What put a last nail on the coffin is my current issue where I am fighting to get my refund after returning items, it's going for a month now, and still waiting. I now just decided to try a small claims court to get my money, this part for me I think it's what ****MERS do.
