Horrible service I got from snatcher as a first time shopper

Ordered a Black bathroom rack and when the order was delivered it was SILVER🙄. Sent an email letting the shop know if the wrong delivery. That when they explained that the colour that I ordered was out of stock. Asked for a return no feedback from SNATCHER!!! I’m seating with a wrong order which I HATE.
