horrible service from snatcher

i bought a solar light which was delivered with a cracked panel ...after review and a long delay they gave me a new one ...now after 3 months the product is faulty and they dont want to do anything about it as they say it out of their 7 day purchase period.What make s it worse is they do not have a contact number everything is on email and there no way to follow up as they are not replying now.
