Horrible service

I have placed an order with snatcher online on 22 February. On 12 March I finally receive my parcel to find that my one item wasn't in the parcel. After lots of phone calls and poor communication from their side they said to me on 23 March that they will refund me. I still haven't received my money. They don't respond to my emails and they don't answer my calls. I will go to the small claims court if they don't contact me. Absolutely pathetic
