Horrible Service by Snatcher!!!!!

****ty service!!!! ****ty, useless consultants!!!! ****ty partner couriers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order and only after 3 days was I told one of the items was out of stock and that's why my order was stuck in one pool. I asked them to do a manual update to the order and give me other items that were totalling to the same amount and I was sent from pillar to post for such a small thing. I got confirmation that my order was updated with the 2 items as replacement only for the order to arrive with missing items and a I got an insulating "sorry" from their inefficient consultants!!!! ****ty products too!!!!! I just want them to refund me .......I'd advise people AGAINST using these Mabenas. I live in Midrand and a small order took over 7 working days to be moved from honeydew to here? Disgusting!!!!!
