Horrible service

I finally received notification that my order will be collected by courier. 21.08.2024 order came and it was dropped of at my reception to my shock the box was very light and I was sure something is not right. There is no ways the parcel delivered weight 18kg as per waybill. Only one box came with the mop I just called the courier they confirmed only 1 BOX was handed to them. So where is the 1x Elegant Double Pole Clothes Rack with Shoe Storage Shelves: - White because I paid for everything. Now status of the order is showing complete how is that possible while you guys know you did not deliver everything. Have been emailing since 22.08.2024 no response my money gone and only 1 item delivered
