Horrible Service
I placed an order with Snatcher on the 28th of July to this day I am yet to receive my order there's never an update from them or anything along those lines I'm the one who's constantly following up to be told "the issue is being escalated" then there will be no further communication or anything until I send yet another email and I guess it depends on the mood they are in for them to even respond to the mail the consultant who is the one who has responded to my two first mails in Kabelo Thulasizwe
