Horrible service

I would like to express my absolute dissatisfaction in the way this online store operates. Firstly they never take calls , you send them emails to get a response 3 weeks later which is putrid for from a customer service point of view. They advertise products which they do not stock , they get you to pay for the order and refuse to refund the money back in your account. Order 101171 needs to be refunded immediately as this has been going for nearly a month now, if you do not stock the product simply refund the money! Don’t tell me take a store credit cause there’s nothing I want from your store! I just want my money so I can purchase elsewhere and actually have an order fulfilled completely and efficiently!! As per your stores return policy a refund is eligible because I never received a product from you , dare you charge me a 15% handling fee because this is not a change of heart this Is the store’s fault so I don’t understand why I should jump through hoops to get a simple refund!!!!!!!!!!!
