Horrible service
On the 11/11/2023 SNATCHER advised will refund me for the package they ****** me of on the order I placed on the 26/09/2023 with false promises of resending the package, which they never did. They advised that the refund will be paid into my account with a turn around time of 7 days. They asked for my bank details and **** of account and I supp**** them.
Today marks 18 days since the day that they asked for my information.
I sent them an email on the 27/11/2023 @ 09h33 and nobody has responded.
This is really disgusting to see that a company such as SNATCHER can be so dishonest, full of empty promises, have *********** staff that do not know how to respond to client queries but rather accuse them.
What other excuse will the company have this time around???!!!! Lies Lies Lies and more Lies!!! You are so quick to take the money yet not deliver.
I have used ONE DEAL A DAY as well as SHEIN online and packages were delivered within 3 days and in good conditions. My first ever experience with you was AWFUL, Horrible and **********!!!
You have a tendency of not commiting to turn around times and sticking to them.
