Horrible Service

Terrible customer service. No response or delay in responses. I was not credited for an item that was not working. I got a voucher that couldn’t be used, and it’s for a less amount that I actually paid for the item. Refusal of credit and items don’t come with a user manual. Chairs came disassembled with no instruction and no info on the site that it would come in pieces for me to figure out for myself.
