horrible experience, ordered on the 1st of june and only received my order on the 1st july after making alot of inquiries i was told that one of the products i ordered was not in stock and they were awaiting stock

horrible experience, ordered on the 1st of june and only received my order on the 1st july after making alot of inquiries i was told that one of the products i ordered was not in stock and they were awaiting stock. I then had to choose a cheaper alternative but even after the alternative i waited two weeks to receive my order. I still haven't received my change since the product i chose was less than wat i paid. There communication id very bad and u cant reach them telephonically. One of the products i ordered (tripod) one of the lights is not working
