Horrible customer service

I ordered numerous items from Snatcher for some time now at first it was only a pleasure buying from them...however for the last three orders I experienced horrible unacceptable service from them...on the 17th July I ordered 2 items I recieved one of the items yesterday 24th July with no explanation where the 2nd item is I had to send and email to enquire...I was told that that item will be send sepately...no one told me that when I ordered the items there was nothing of the fact tat the items Wil be delivered separately...I have just send Snatcher an email now asking them how do I trace my outstanding item as I only have one order number and according to their system it reflect item delivered which h is the one that was delivered yesterday...

Really I am so disappointed and frustrated one wonder why I still order from them
