Horrible customer service

Horrible horrible service !!!

I ordered 11 cooling towels for one of my customers and after ordering I noticed delivery will take too long.

I then sent an email asking if there was anyway I could speed up the delivery process even if I have to then pay extra for express delivery. I never got any reply back.

I was then forced to order the stock from a different supplier who was able to deliver within 2 days so I requested a refund from Snatcher.

They then rep**** saying they will refund but they are taking 15%. Which I then refused as they were at fault for not responding to my initial mail.

Now they have been ignoring my emails since last week and not refunding me 😡

I am extremely upset as I have now paid Double for stock because of snatchers horrible customer service !!!
