Horrible customer service

Horrible customer services,phoned to follow up on my order,first time call gets cut off ,second time someone picks the phone up ,you can hear they laughing & singing,it’s a circus,they dont give a damn about how frustrated you are waiting for over 10 days for your order,still have the nerve to tell lie to you and say the order is only on day 7 with dispatch team,I’m warning everyone don’t go after the cheap and attractive way they advertise,they don’t send you tracking information about your order.This online shop should close down..#snatchermustfall
