HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS

I purchased a screen protector and a lunch box on the 30th of April. On the 6th of May they delivered on only the lunch box. I was surprised because this was not communicated to me. I enquired and I was told the item is being shipped from their international suppliers and tracking details have not yet become available and they will notify me when they do become available.

I waited since the 6th for an update. On the 10th of May I sent an email, which was not responded to. Today I called in and they still do not know when I will get the item. I asked them to cancel the order so I can get my refund and I was told they charge a 15% cancellation fee. So they are basically selling stock that is not available and if you cancel you lose 15% of your money and they bother to update or communicate.
