Horrible

I bought two items on their sale. Almost 2 weeks later i received an email confirming that one item was not available but they will send the second one which was glasses. When the parcel arrived the two glasses were shattered. I notified them and they confirmed that they will refind me. I still have not received any refund. The amount of time and effort this is taking is insane. Will NOT order from them again!
