HIT AND MISS

A hit and a miss. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't!! They need a quality checker in place to check ever product that goes out. I received a hot water bottle the other day with no plug to stop the water coming back out, could have easily being avoided if it was checked first. Have had other problems before but remember you get what you paid for!!!
