I have currently been waiting for an order for 13 days total and 9 working days. I was told by someone they would give me an update within 24 hours on the one item that is out of stock and I haven't heard anything. WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF TRYING SNATCHER AGAIN.

06 Mar 2024, 15:44I have already tried to speak to someone today who just REFUSES to give me a lead time on the outstanding goods. Surely there is a system in place that allows you to explain to customers what is happening. All I am told is its out of stock and waiting for an item. At this point I could be waiting for MONTHS, if you cant provide me with information then provide me with a FULL refund. I am not about to be walked all over. Consumers like myself are what keep you in business. PROVIDE ME WITH INFORMATION OR A FULL REFUND! Those are the options.
