Highly Disappointing

Very Disappointing...I actually thought i could market snatcher's items via my business but was greatly disappointed. I am still awaiting items that i have purchased over a month ago. The service agents have given me incorrect information multiple times. I have received items with damaged packaging as well as items missing from the boxes (on more than one order). I have sent numerous email begging for feedback but thy seems to want me to do all the investigations and work regarding each issue DESPITE me having already emailed through all information with each order number in point form.
