Highly disappointed returning customer

If it wss possible I'd give them no stars, I ordered a multifunctional laptop table which was delivered on the day I opened it I discovered that it was defective, one leg was broken and a controller too. I returned the product ( pickup was same day) few days later I was told my refund will be paid with 7-10 days, when days went by I sent several emails requesting when will my refund be done I've not been getting responses on that. I'm so disappointed since my first experience with them was so smooth and seamless I don't know if they decided I'll be the first person they **** or what.
