Hi there. I recently purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner. Everything was in order. However, it was the incorrect product, a substitute. I complained and was attended to by a kind gentleman Ismaeel Rahim who agreed to exchange the substitute for the correct item, when it was available.The service was seamless and quick. I appreciated that. Being in retail myself I understand this all too well. I was introduced to online shopping after an operation left my leg incapacitated.
