Haven't recieved my order as yet
Haven't recieved my order as yet. Order status shows awaiting courier pick up since the 3rd of May. I have emailed snatcher a few times now regarding this and noone is able to give me a clear answer.I mean how long does a courier company in South Africa take to pick up a parcel in South Africa

14 May 2024, 16:19I got an email from Snatcher saying that they have to refund my order because the courier apparently lost it. The items I wanted are now at higher price so if I want to reorder it I have to pay extra which I feel is totally unfair as this was not a fault on my part. Snatcher should be compensating me for the inconvenience caused to me.
