Have I been ****med?

Place an order for an item and then waited the stipulated 10 business days to follow up on it after receiving no updates and it's status remaining at "PAID - ORDER IN PROGRESS". I was told that the item wasn't in stock and offered a credit or a refund. I opted for the refund and provided my banking details. It's now 3 days short of a calendar month since they took my money and I still don't have a refund and the status remains unchanged. Starting to think I may have bee ****med.
