Happy with the goods purchased, not happy with delivery service

Happy with the goods purchased, not happy with delivery service. They say 10 days but it took more than 10 days. Also they dont notify you as to when your delivery is sent out and which courier they use unless you query yourself. So they need to work on that area of their delivery service.
