Happy With Service

I have purchased a few items from Snatcher and have always been happy with their service and quality of their products. My last order however, was the first time I had to return a product as it was not suitable for my intended purpose. Even though I did not use the product I was still anxious that I would not get refunded or the process would take a great deal of time. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole process. Phila (CS Agent) was helpful and understanding and made arrangements to have the return collected at the agreed date and time. The moment everything was cleared I was provided with my credit note (which I requested instead of a refund). Very happy with this service!
