Happy with service

I have used Snatcher since its inception. I've had no problems with them whatsoever, in fact I'm extremely pleased with their service. However, there was a time when I was unhappy with 2 items purchased (1 was a sunglasses which had 2different tints and the other was a spy pen which had all the incorrect cables) I sent them images of the said items, a few days later they sent someone to collect those items - a week later a refund a done. There are certain items that you should not buy from Snatcher as the the quality is poor.
