Happy with my items, but waiting for delivery is long

I am happy with the quality of the items I bought and communication is good. I got email a day after making my order saying one of the item I ordered was out of stock. They offered refund or replacement with something similar. I was happy with their communication. The only thing I can fault Snatcher is slowness in delivery and lack of communication from courier. Waiting 10 days for delivery can be boring and courier company just rock up without communication. What if I have to not home.
