Happy Snatches

No complaints whatsoever. The reply to email enquiries fast and in the most polite manner. Like you're chatting to a friend really. They also always update you on your order status,the website and with an email. Today,I checked my order status on the website and it said was packed. I checked my emails, they'd already sent me an email. An hour later,I also got an SMS. Saying I'm pleased would really be an understatement. Things I won't buy on Snatcher are those that Snatcher doesn't sell, honestly!
