I had an expectional, outstanding, excellent service from Snatcher... A messy, hurricane and tornado order but despite all this, finally I got the best service.... So I ordered and my parcel was delivered with missing items, I emailed Snatcher and same day, I was responded and the parcel was delivered with again missing item, same process I emailed and responded, still waiting for my parcel... The reason am giving Snatcher 5stars is due to their effective and humble communication... On top of that, their remorseful action of giving me a discount for my next shopping... Their products are affordable, quality and unique... Even hard to get products... For them rectifying their mistakes means alot to me as a Customer... Am really happy with their service....
