Happy Customer

I had a defective product picked up within a couple of days and even though I didn't follow their return policy as I had a problem with my email, but thanks to Khairunisa Sheik for going the extra mile to call me back to sort out my problem as they don't take incoming calls anymore. I must be honest I thought I was going to have to "fight with Snatcher' but thanks once again to Khairunisa Sheik for sorting out my problem.
