Guarantee not being adhered to

Bought tens machine giving fault after about two month use. R 716.00 Firstly, when ordeting was not told imported fro. China so I waited extra long. As I am asking for replacement I was asked for video which I senf explaining the two faults. After much back and forth Snatcher wrote the supplier said I must test it by touch. That was over two weeks later. Of course I tried it per touch! What a ridiculous thing to say. I used it for two month when faults came up. So it seems to me they dont want to honour guarantee. Who know, maybe if I wait another two weeks I get another resoonse suppplier. Let's see what excuse will be next. Never buy from them again.
