I had a problem with a Hard drive that did not work. I sent an email to snatcher of the problem,and a customer support agent by the name of Lexie Musgrove, emailed me back and arranged for the drive to be collected, which was collected within the week. lexie then kept me up to date with what was being done with regards to the drive ,either being replaced or a refund will be done. So to Lexie great work and thank You.
