Great staff but Wrong/Faulty Products sadly

I ordered twice, first time 7in1 toaster delivered with a broken handle, but snatcher were very professional and prompt and arranged for the item to be collected again, not sure what now, waiting for an exchange or refund. My second delivery I order the electric U shaped toothbrushes for both my children, advertised that each come in a glass dome as storage, that is the only reason I bought them from snatcher, however received this order on Friday, it is just the toothbrushes, no glass or even plastic dome storage container. But I am giving Snatch themselves a 5 star for their great service.
