Great quality product - Bad shipping timeframe

My overall experience with Snatcher as not great the only reason why I am giving a 3 star rating is because the quality of the product received was excellent. The delivery experience was way too long with no communication from Snatcher. I emailed them 2 times to follow up and each time the response was that is was "in process, sorry for the inconvenience" I think they should really work on there communication The website itself is also not very user friendly to me. In my opinion Takealot is a better option when it comes to shopping online overall.
