Great products, **** delivery people (Dawn wing)

Snatcher is a great company for people looking to buy cheap products, they have deals everyday.bonly give 4 satrs as to 3 problems that I faced. 1. If you place and order and an item is becomes out of stock no one calls you and say sorry we are waiting for the item can we ship what we have and the rest when its here. They just keep quiet you have to email andbask whats happening with the order. So a better customer service would be ideal. 2. False advertising, there's a add that says free delivery nationwide, yet when you order you pay? So please take of the false advertising. 3. Please fot the love of God get your own courier company it will be better forbthe company, i had the **** experience with dawn wing, really a **** company. If you call no one ever answers the phone, the when a person answers and you ask them why is no one answering you get response " i was on lunch" so forbthe whole company there's only 1 person, dont talk **** to customers. I only wanted to know what time my parcel will be delivered as the email i got said 08h00 parcel out for delivery. The rude piece of **** said she'll put me trough to someone who can help, so in my mind why did she answer the phone in the first place. Then the stupid piece of **** put me trough another piece of **** rude and un helpfup only to find out shes the receptionist, she'll put me trough to another person who can help. Finally i got to a lady whos friendlier, no I'm already ****ed coz of the stupidity dealing with idiots, having explaine again for the third time. She said the parcel will be delivered before 18h00 sure enough it was. But why not just say in the emails? Or give a proper tracking system were you can actually see the delivery car. Snatcher will get 5 stars from me if they get their own delivery company.
